High pressure piston pumps with the pressure of up to 4200 bar and flow rate of 3070 l/min, including those for high pressure transportation equipment, industrial equipment cleaning units.

The offered high pressure pump units are applied in the following technological processes:

1. Cutting and dismantling of various materials and aggregates

Based on modern developments in the field of ultrahigh pressure technologies, water jet is used in units as a means for cutting.

Required high operating water pressure in a unit is provided by high pressure piston pumps.

Advantages of water jet cutting technology by means of high pressure piston pump systems are as follows:

• No thermal and mechanical influence on cut-off or destructible edges, which allows to use it for oil and gas pipelines, vessels and devices (as there is no danger of ignition or explosion)
  
• Different shapes can be cut in different positions (hole cutting in vertical walls, in a cover or inclined surface of vessels and apparatus)
  
• Low reactive forces provide for process automation
  
• Free from loud noise, vibration, dust, gases and slag
  
• Deep cutting (over 30 cm)
  
• Cutting of complex (mixed) materials by single action is possible
