The triplex plunger pumps are utilized for pressure testing of vertical flexible and inner pipes at offshore platforms and in floating production, storage and off-loading systems (FPSO). Pressure testing is used for leak detection in the system. Cleaning of pipeline inner surface from residues is realized by pushing the scraper through the pipe by means of hydraulic pressure produced by the pump.
